Professional Home Inspection

Purchasing a home is a major investment, and it is very important to have a good understanding of the property's condition.

For a very small cost relative to the value of the house, you can have a professional home inspection completed that will include an evaluation of the exterior and interior of the house, as well as the plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling systems.
Your inspection will be conducted by Gary DeSellier, who is a licensed home inspector in Massachusetts and Connecticut. During the inspection, Gary will clearly and simply explain his observations, and at the completion he will hand you a thorough and easy-to-understand report. For an additional fee, radon and water tests are available.
Gary can also arrange to have the house inspected for wood destroying insects by a licensed professional at the same time as the home inspection.

Gary's inspections are conducted in Massachusetts in Springfield, West Springfield, Agawam, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Westfield, Wilbraham, Hampden, Chicopee, Ludlow, Southwick, & Holyoke. In Connecticut, he conducts inspections in Northern Connecticut close to Interstate 91.
